Bottle. Cloudy orange color. Almost no head. Aroma of tropical citrus, hop resin, malt sryup. Medium heavy bitterness. Medium-full body. Thicker texture, slightly oily. Average carbonation. Bitter finish. A big, malt forward, but nicely hoppy beer. Some sticky hop resin aftertaste. Not bad. I think I liked the single IPA better. 48FanInCali (851) - California, USA - FEB 9, 2014
Bottle. Nice pour with dark gold hue. Plenty of citrus type hops and a decent malt backbone. Pretty good.

12oz bottle. Poured a nice dark, vibrant amber color with a head. Aroma is pine resin, mangoes, bitter hops. Flavor was nice malts, mango, bitter hop notes, pretty balanced and tasty. Alcohol was pretty mild. Enjoyed. brigg (704) - New York, USA - JAN 12, 2014
(bottle) Clear orange amber body, medium off-white/almost beige head. Fruity aroma with apparent alcohol; some lemon/grapefruit, fresh pine. Full body, oily, chewy. On draft at Isaacs. Nothing revolutianary about this IPA, but it holds its own. Nice, properly blended notesof Caramel malt, pine and citrus. Te finish is bitter and dry. I enjoyed it a lot.

Hazy orange body, medium sized off-white head, spotty lacing. Dank pine, resin, and light tropical fruits. underlying caramel malts are a bit too assertive. Medium to full bodied, moderate carbonation, some residual sweetness in the finish, assertive bitterness. Blairgus (4613) - California, USA - NOV 21, 2013
21 nov 2013, tap. Pink/gold, clear, no bubbles. Nose is pine and grapefruit hops. Med body and moderately fizzy. Sugary malt that kind of dominates the grapefruit hops. Pretty good!

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy copper color with a thick white head. Strong aroma of piney hops with some malt. Full bodied, nice balance of malt and hops. Finish mostly hops. Medium-dry finish. Don’t notice the 8.5%. Good brew. jrodooo5 (1703) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - OCT 6, 2013
Good rustic orange pour with a white head that leaves nice lacing. The aroma is robust with citrus hops. The taste is of grapefruit and fruity hops. The bitterness is really low key which makes the beer quite easy on the palate. It’s a really good double IPA!
