Bottle courtesy of jcartamdg. Cheers, Jason! Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Nose is orange, some caramel, some light red and white grapefruit followed by some mild floral hops. Flavor starts with mild caramel and goes quickly to citrus explosion with white and red grapefruit coming into the mix. Light to medium in body with some mild booze toward the end. ads135 (5031) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - JUN 1, 2014
A pretty good, albeit not particularly unique double IPA. Very bitter, though with a good, sweet, malty base. TomDecapolis (4636) - Milton, Delaware, USA - MAY 20, 2014
Pours a lightly hazy orange with a medium creamy white head. Great hop aroma. Lots of orange with a touch of pine. Flavor of fresh American hops, loads of orange, some pine and a touch of caramel malt Blairgus (4615) - California, USA - NOV 21, 2013
21 nov 2013, tap. Pink/gold, clear, no bubbles. Nose is pine and grapefruit hops. Med body and moderately fizzy. Sugary malt that kind of dominates the grapefruit hops. Pretty good!

Hazy orange body, medium sized off-white head, spotty lacing. Dank pine, resin, and light tropical fruits. underlying caramel malts are a bit too assertive. Medium to full bodied, moderate carbonation, some residual sweetness in the finish, assertive bitterness. johnnnniee (4408) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 1, 2013

Tap at churchkey. Orange copper pour soapy head. Nose is hoppy and candy. Tastes of oranges, grapefruit, malty, pine, caramel and brown sugar. Decent mile (4052) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 24, 2015
Bottle. Golden, cloudy, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate to full, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel and some tropical fruitiness, grapefruit - some piney hoppyness. Body is medium to full, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and light tropical fruitiness, piney - light grapefruit hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and light tropical fruitiness with lots of piney - light grapefruit hoppyness, faint alcohol. Really well hopped IIPA. Could be little bit drier with less caramel. JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JUL 6, 2013
Bottle from The Perfect Pour, Elkridge. Faintly opaque pour, deep orange. Nice filmy head and carbonation, but you can tell from the nose that this one’s past its prime. Gotta rate the bottle on hand (but why do craft beer places not refrigerate IPAs - seriously?). Might have started off malt forward anyways, for all I know, but it’s certainly sweet and chewy for the most part. Bitter, leafy tea dregs is what the hops have been reduced to. Notes of citrus in there if you try hard, I suppose. Nothing very fruity or fresh about it at all. I’d certainly like to try a young bottle at some point.
