12 oz. bottle from Total Wine, Virginia Beach, VA. Dark orange pour with a short off-white head. Aroma of tangerine, grapefruit rind, and wet grass. Great citrus forward bitter hop taste but with an assertive malt backbone to help balance the flavor. Moderate lingering bitterness on the palate. Nicely done.

This beer lacks the proper theme to what make a good ipa. It's clean and highly fizzy, but lacks the proper malt and the carbonation makes the hops to potent without a distinct flavor ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2014. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity peachy hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty hoppy peachy flavor. Has a fruity malty peachy hoppy finish.

Starts with a noticably up-front aroma with a strong grapefruit note. Taste comes in waves with this one. First you get a strong vegatable hop over the malt, but almost immediately an oily deep bitterness takes over, and sticks around. The tast lingers here. This is not a shy beer, and the background malt covers for the substantial bitterness and aroma that the beer comes with. Maybe a bit too high on the hop alphas, but a solid IPA.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2014 Pouts amber-orange with a one finger off white head with nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, bready malts, light tropical fruits, and some sweet malts. Taste is a nice balance bewteen citrus/pine and bready sweet malts. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi-moderately bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a tasty, refeshing, well balanced IPA.

Tasted this on our trip to St. Michaels. A fine IPA. Smooth, malty with a nice dose of hops. Tasty!

Bottle. Amber pour with a tall, fluffy tan head. Lovely aroma before I even put my nose to the glass! Nice floral hoppiness with tropical fruit, citrus oils, pine and caramel. Big pine and floral hops, citrus oils, hop resins, toasted malt, caramel and tropical fruit in the flavor profile. Body is medium and slightly chewy with oily legs underneath and a lingering hops bitterness. Creamy, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more caramel, tropical fruit, citrus oils, pine and floral hops. Yummy!
