On tap at the Philly Airport Marriott. Hazy gold pour, looks kind of like a "mid-craft" brew like Sam’s summer or something like that. Modest floral notes in the nose along with some grain and tea. Mouthfeel is medium, not quite substantial enough. Clean and grassy for the most part, but lacking personality.

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2013 Wonderful IPA with slightly sweet taste and crisp finish. There is a resounding floral presence and the hoppy bitters are extrordinarily mild and simply unoffensive. It drinks easily and is light on the intake with ample carbonation. I had this in a bottle in quaint Harbortown bar/hotel in St. Michael’s, MD with a few colleagues. We all had round after round of this brew after maxing some crabs. This is a good party beer for the norm and even for thise who prefer craft brews with a nice approach!

Draft at Phillips in Baltimore. Very ordinary pale amber taste. Copper color . Nothing great ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Taste like a light IPA. Very bubbly, and feels like it "disappears" in your mouth.

Mild pine hop aroma, pours a hazy amber with a ring of white head. Mild pine flavor, fairly thin mouthfeel. Not much going on, it’s a drinkable beer, nothing out of the ordinary though.

On tap at Capone's. slightly hazy golden coke with a larger sized off white head. Thinner all the way around with a watery body. Some caramel and citrus.

Draft at brewpub..not getting much of anything on nose..claims to have notes of pine and citrus..not really getting that however..lemony dominant on taste..a very tame and not very hoppy pale ale..a jr pale ale that misses the mark..however it is easy drinking..decent..

12 oz bottle into a Samuel Smith pint glass. A: Pours a hazy golden color that’s surprisingly attractive given its lack of clarity. The head is a typical one finger white shade. Not much retention, but good residual lacing. S: Slight caramel sweetness, biscuits, toffee, sweet citrus, and faint hints of pine. The aromatic qualities are a bit mild (especially hop-wise) for me, but are nonetheless enjoyable and even mildly complex. T: In general, it’s a bit low on flavor. The initial flavors are classically biscuity, before finishing with faint grapefruit peel. Hop bitterness washes out nicely after a couple sips. On the other hand, I feel like the hop profile could be more distinct. I notice a distant aftertaste of slight diacetyl and nuts, also. Not bad. M: The strong carbonation works well with the combination of a sweet, malty finish and resiny texture. I could use a drier aftertaste here, but this drinks fine either way. O: It’s a decent offering to have with a sandwich at lunch. Worth a shot, but there are a lot of other pale ales I’d much rather have. A bit too safe and inoffensive for my tastes, but it’s better if you go in expecting an English-style pale ale.

12 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse. One of those uber-common beers I’ve somehow never tried. Until now! Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a medium sized creamy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of pale, grainy malts and herbal hops. The taste is pine, citrus and herbal hops with pale malts. Light toast. Thin-medium bodied. Decent.
