COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Incubator #4 is brewed with HM Terry Sewansecott oysters added 10 minutes before the end of boil. This rich, roasty stout is brewed with flaked oats for a smooth body, and a light addition of earthy English Fuggles hops that plays off the subtle brine note from the oysters. Full bodied and lightly sweet, this stout is an approachable blend of Eastern Shore seafood and English brewing traditions.

draft at SL Evo event..pours a medium black color with slight head..nose is roasty with oats and cocoa..there is some presence of the salty brine from the oysters that adds some complexity..wouldnt exactly say this a full flavor stout that is too sweet or anything..overall an ok offering..perhaps if you like oyster stouts more, this will be more appealing to you.
