Aroma is filled with scents of allspice, clove, and nutmeg. Color is a beautiful sunny golden hue. Initial taste is heavy with notes of sweet baked cinnamon pumpkin. Mellows out into a medley of seasonal spices; very smooth and pleasant. Finishes clean with a bright sweetish bitterness. Lightly carbonated, but just enough to effectively deliver flavors. ordybill (1758) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - SEP 27, 2015
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at Gettysburg Eddie’s in Gettysburg, PA. This beer is a nice pumpkin orange color with a small white head. the aroma is full of pumpkin and nutmeg with some cinnamon, very inviting. The flavor is a really good pumpkin and cinnamon mix. This is a medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. An excellent pumpkin beer. rolltideroll (20) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - SEP 4, 2013
Solid pumpkin ale! Nice copper color. A bit sweet, but not too much. Just right on the pumpkin pie spices. Really good on tap. On of the better pumpkin beers! beachbum25 (1092) - Powellville, Maryland, USA - NOV 7, 2009
On tap @ the Brewery-Orange color w/o too much head. More of a Belgian Spiced aroma w/flavors of candied sugar & belgian wheat w/just a little bit of pumpkin overtones. Some spiced lite fruit flavors of white grapes & bananas as well. The pumpkin didn’t bash you over the head on this one, I guess that’s why I enjoyed it so much. Long, sweet finish. Growler from the brewery: Pours a clear deep golden bronze with a spotty-lacing froth of white head. Has a lightly sweet biscuity malty nose with some fresh pumpkin notes and aromatic cinnamon. Starts with good fullness and a nice light malty sweetness balanced with fleshy pumpkin flavor and clove spice before a smooth pumpkin pie finish. Has just the right amount of pumpkin flavor and spices. I hope they start bottling this.

I thought this beer was delicious, had it tapped out of a pumpkin that had cooked pumpkin pieces and cinnamon inside to infuse the beer with even more flavor, perfectly spiced and nice pumpkin pie flavor. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 16, 2013
Pours clear amber orange with a big frothy head that dissipates quickly. Aroma brings lightly sweet pumpkin spices, warming like pumpkin pie. Flavor brings lightly zesty pumpkin spices, purer carbonated body. shrubber85 (11408) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - OCT 18, 2015
Bottle. Nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin/squash, malt, and straw aroma. Hazy amber with moderate head. Sweet honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin malt, and straw flavor. Nice balance - pleasantly sweet with spices nicely forward but not overwhelming. sloth (2905) - Ceciltucky, Co., Maryland, USA - SEP 14, 2010
Thin offwhite head thats short lived, some stringy spotty lace left behind. murky orange color. Spicey, fruity aroma, yeast, light bananna esthers with mild pie spice notes. Body is lightly medium, lightly oily, gentle carbonation. Nice spicey flavors maybe a hint of cinnamon, light caramel, bananna bread and weizen bock like flavors as it warms, belgian yeasty notes. Neat brew, not yer typical punkin beer. Finishes sorta thin though. Gets nicer as it warms. Slick brew! Been diggin Evo,s brews lately thanks to my brother in beer, Zubru! Guy hooks me up! Thanks so much ken!! Growlered from the brewery. harpsm (36) - Maryland, USA - SEP 24, 2010
On tap at RFD in DC. Cloudy straw color. Flavor begins with pumpkin spice, dominated by clove, but with very little actual pumpkin flavor. Flavor then quickly fades to a smooth, spicy Belgian wheat ale. The wheat and spice flavors hang around for a looooong, wonderful finish. Not a great example of a pumpkin beer, but more of an interesting twist on a Belgian style wheat ale.
