COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lot #6 Double ipa: think of this as our Lot #3 on performance-enhancing malt and hops. 8.5%abv, and all kinds of tropical fruit and citrus notes. Tommy got very nervous when he saw all the hops going into this one. 18.5°

Bottle from Total Wine in Jensen Beach, no bottle date. Orange pour with an off-orange head, leaving some lace. Aroma has sweet fruits, pine and garlic. Later some caramel shows through. Taste is of citrus, heavy pine, some resin and some caramel. Thick and syrupy. Finishes bitter and sweet, with length. This was rough and tough, and enjoyable. 14.9

Bottle pours cloudy gold with white head. Citrus, pine, resin. Underlying earthy aroma. In your face extreme bitterness, mild sweetness. Medium, crisp body. A little trailing astringency. Not for the faint of heart.
