Coming from a company whose known for their soda this is a decent beer. However, the beer is over powered by the creek water taste.

Bottle; poured a dull gold, almost light amber color with a whitish head. Aroma of wheat, some banana and a surprising spice finish. Probably past its sell by date. Weird caramel flavor with some wheat notes. Pretty sweet with some rotten fruit. Not sure this is at its peak, but will probably never know.

It poured a yellow color with a white head. The aroma was of banana and clove with some sweetness. The taste was a little bready, grainy with some banana and clove. Decent.

12 oz. bottle via in-person STL trade. Pours a cloudy gold with an orange-yellow hue and a finger of frothy/fizzy white head that settles into a softer white cap. Rising carbonation bubbles are present and sediment accumulates at the bottom of the glass. Aroma of wheat, sourdough, citrus, faint banana, straw, and sawdust. Flavor of pale and bread malts, sawdust, wet hay, lemon, paper, banana, grass, and florals. Light-bodied, with sharp carbonation and a dry, fizzy mouthfeel. A little off style and abrasive on the palate, but not bad.

Opening produces an over the top soda like carbonated sound. Pouring into a glass using any method is a task as the carbonation quickly fills it. A minute or two after pouring there is no trace of a head. This company makes soda and this beer drinks like an over carbonated soda. The massive amount of CO2 gives this more of a beer aroma than the taste allows. Taste; take a Bud Light, add more carbonation and pour a shot of vodka in it. For a beer that is 4.5% the alcohol and carbonation are so up front making it impossible to pick up much of the flavors the beer claims to have in it. Finish; vulgar, abrupt. I was told I smelled like I had been drinking hard liquor. No evidence of beer left in the palate just the stench of alcohol. This beer is undeserving of craft beer recognition and should not have been released in an age where craft beer competition is fierce. Any can brew beers these days but not everyone should sell them.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma has some faint banana and clove thing with a bit of sweetness. Flavor is bready and grainy with again a very minor banana and clove. Heading in the right direction but just a bit too light in body and texture to give this a higher rating.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a lightly hazy dark gold with a solid 3malt fingers of white head. Aroma of some dank wheat and something a little tangy. Taste is light sweet. Wheat with a litgle banana and clove...but not much. Light bodied with a sonewhat thin texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. This could make a decent summer beer.

Sampled on tap at the 2nd annual Urban Chestnut Wolpertinger party in a dimple mug. It poured a nice cloudy golden colour with white foam and lace. Aromas of grain, malt, freshly-baked whole-wheat bread, faint banana and clove. Light body, spritzy carbonation, overall well-balanced and refreshing beer. Not too distinctive but tasty and true-to-style.

Hazy gold pour with a white head. The aroma is wheat and cereal with some light florals. It has a light body with slightly oily texture and average carbonation. The taste is sweet with a semi-dry finish. This is a decent everyday kind of beer.
