COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inauguration beer. Strong sweetness and balanced hop profile make this beast of a beer surprisingly easy drinking. Full bodied, with some alcohol sensation, this beer offers flavors of sweet caramel malt, a hint of tropical hard fruit and light raisin.

Good color, very fresh tasting beer. It makes me feel generally warm and toasty but also cool and refreshed, simultaneously! It reminds me of Popeye's spinach, not from taste, but the way it makes it makes me more awesome. I'm glad there so close. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draught at the brewery on their Grand Opening day. Pours a hazy orange amber colored ale, some nitro-like bubble excitation followed by a thick off-white head that really sticks with the glass throughout. Aroma of sweet caramel malt, a hint of papaya, lots of floral hops and a hint of mild raisin. Taste is full bodied, some alcohol sensation, and flavors of sweet caramel malt, a hint of tropical hard fruit and light raisin. Finish is quite smooth, sweet and has a short hop bite at first followed by extra caramel and fruity malt aftertaste. Allow this to warm up a little and the floral hops really shine. Closer to a full-bodied Old Ale with extra floral hop and fruity profile or as an Imperial IPA and Old Ale hybrid that will do extremely well during the winter holidays. Excellent inauguration beer especially from a new brewery with all new equipment.

UPDATED: OCT 20, 2014 -1 Overall after re-rate from bottle at sampling, likely the medium I’d buy this through next time.

Smells awesome right off the tap with tons of pine and juicy citrus. Taste is balanced, malty, dank. Color is dirty brown, but looks good. Good head. Labeled at the brewery as a "Strong Pale Ale" with "IPA" on the tap handle. It’s definitely not just a regular IPA. IBU listed on the board was over 100 as well.

Spritzy golden pour with a substantial white pillowy head. Attractive beer. Aromas of biscuit, yeast, cereal grains. This beer doesn’t seem to have a high concentration of hops, although I do enjoy it. Perhaps it would be better classified as an APA.

4 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s tap room. Consumed on 5-4-13. Listed as "Bridge Jumper Strong Pale Ale." Pours a gray-ish, dark brass. Good, citrus/pine hops in the aroma. Sweet, creamy taste features citrus, apricot, and pine flavors. Medium body. Some liveliness in the palate. This is an enjoyable and pretty good though not great IPA/double IPA/American strong ale. It was the best of the four beers I tried at the brewery. 7/3/7/3/15=>3.5

Tap at the taproom. Light amber to dark orange pour with a foamy white head. Rich caramel malt, bold floral hop, and a touch of raisin. Very nice!

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of grass with a bit of pine and sweet fruits as well as a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has sweet fruits and sweet citrus with a touch of resin and a sweet grain backbone.

Part of a sample platter. Hops are more subdued than I’d like in this style, but good if you like the more balanced approach.
