Orangeish golden colour, small off-white creamy head. Aroma is fruity, wooden and mild herbal notes. Also some mild not-too-sweet peachyness. Flavour is fruity, mildly leathery, some slight yeast and mild peachy and citrusy notes. Balanced and quite bodied blond ale.
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Alice BS. Hazy golden with a small, rough white head that dissipates completely. A dry, fresh fruitiness in the nose with a whiff of citrus. Light in body, completely flat, citrus notes and a dry lightly hopped finish. But fairly fresh and drinkable. 051011 cgarvieuk (24800) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 14, 2011

Gravity cask at the Wandsworth Common Halloween Beer Festival - Le Gothique, London. Pours clear, bright gold with a frothy, white head. Nose of pale, lightly doughy malts with hints of lemon, too. Light to medium sweet flavor with basic white bread pale malts and supporting citrus zip. Light bodied with fine carbonation; in great condition. Sweet finish with mellow straw bitterness, some faint lemon rind. An excellent low ABV session beer.

Cask gravity at The Bell Ivychurch. Clear pale gold lasting white head. Disappointing golden ale. Decent condition. Touch of rubber. Hmm not great. Shame as condition is spanking. Didn’t finish a half. imdownthepub (14776) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 20, 2012
Cask conditioned at The Turf Tavern, Oxford. Gold with only slight head. This was quite perfumed on the initial taste, burnt cracker note in the body, flowery fruity, passion fruit type note or even fruit cocktail. A touch over sweet, a bit of a mixed bag. kermis (13874) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 24, 2016
Cask at The Micro Moose, Bournemouth. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light malt, grain, light caramel and light fruity hops. Flavour is light sweet and above light bitter. Light bodied with very soft carbonation. Rune (12995) - Tromsø, NORWAY - OCT 16, 2016
Half-pint, cask ale, shared with Finn at Great Western Hotel Loco Bar. Beige head leaving lacing rings, next to clear pale golden coloured body. Restrained aroma of lemony hops. Citric hints to a pale malty flavour profile. Distant bittersweet ending. Easy going and anonymous (Exeter 27.09.2016).
