Pours a sort of pale reddish color with a fine enough head.
The aroma is like peach yogurt & fruit rollups, maybe a bit of funk to add some complexity, but it smells nice for sure.
The flavor is dry & very tart with more berry than peach flavor, but both are happening. Got some major lactic twanginess.
Seems to have aged well over the last few months since it’s release.
Hazy, light golden pour, medium thick off white head. Nice tart aroma of peaches and Sweet Tarts candy. Flavor has the same sour peachy essence, some Bayer orange chewable aspirin notes, nice puckerability. Nice spritz to the mouthfeel. Thanks to Rachel for the share at Proof! Draft pour on tap at Quinton’s Bar & Deli (Iowa City, IA). Pours an almost murky purple tinged amber hue. A mellow, darker glow with some firm haziness through the body. Frothy offwhite full head atop is sizable, retains well, laces nicely. Aromas are a touch sweet, seedy sweeter berry essence takes over with subtle fruity ester, decent lactic tang and faint peach. Sweeter but inviting, fruity and genuine overall. Initial is a touch heavier that light bodied but certainly quite drinkable. Peach and more berry essence, decent but lighter lactic tangy acidity grows slowly and certainly increases into the backend. Mellow grainy malts, subtle yogurt, lingering fruity macerated berry and peach nectar taper out. A bit sweeter but hits the acidity a bit more liberally into the backend and finish. I dig it.

Flush, fruity aroma on a hazy, lighter body. Good flavors--fruit front, tart but not sour, and some funky but not-exactly-Belgian-sour-if-you-know-what-I-mean.
