COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our smooth Gold Lager starts with caramel malt aromas that are subtle yet pronounced. A kiss of Perle hops offers a touch of bitterness and incredible balance to its robust body. This beer is a tribute to a real Des Moines original. A staple in the 1950’s bar scene, Ruthie was the finest woman to ever serve a beer in our capital city.

Nice clean golden lager with a good flavor profile. Waitress called it "dark" . Which I suppose is correct when it is next to Lite or Bud... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
