The Raspberry Bohemian taste best when shared, sour ale and a friend are quite lovely when paired.

Tap at brewery. Pours hazy orange with a faint reddish tint. Aroma is sour, faint raspberry, salinity, faint grain. Taste is slightly salty gose, faint raspberry jam, lightly sour very refreshing. Light body and high carbonation. Solid sour.

Seedy raspberry masterpiece. Jammy with the taste of seeds. Almost taste the leaves and stems. This is great.

Thanks Kyle. Pours a very cloudy/hazy pinkish orange with a thin short lived off white head. Very bright aroma with a nice earthy funk and tart raspberry. Berry skins and seeds show which is always nice. The background note of funk and barnyard is a nice element as well. Bright and berry seed acidity upfront with a nice earthy funk. Very tart. Light bodied and a bit thin.

Bought this on my way through Des Moines earlier today, pored from a bottle. Love the artwork on this label! Very heavy and cloudy appearance, almost kinda murky with a pink hue. Sweet raspberry and medium tartness. Some cereal and graininess on the back but the sweetness really makes this enjoyable. Tartness and acidity are subdued in the mouth feel although carbonation ads a nice pop to the flavor. Very good!

Hot damn, this is tasty. Beautiful pink lacy pour with a tart nose. Lots of fruit and tart flavor with a sour kick at the end that doesn’t leave you with a pucker face but with a craving for more. Really impressed, easy to drink.

Funky Sour yeast and fruity aroma. Pours light pinkish. Very Sour, and the raspberry is not overwhelming but its there. Light easy to drink body, very refreshing. Lots of yeasty funk. Very similar to Exiles beatnik but I think it’s more Sour.

Bottle in the dining room, just now.
Pours a very hazy pink with a pinkish white head that fizzles out a bit (draught servings have had a fluffy white head and lots of lacing though)

The raspberry is certainly pronounced in the aroma, but it’s also mild... not dominant but still ever-present. It’s got a little lactic twang/sort of yogurt-y thing happening... but seriously, this smells a whole lot like Alsatian Riesling... which is a really weirdly specific wine to pick out, but damn if it doesn’t have the light fruit & pear with a utter lack of sweet aroma & the rich mineral and limestone character that I love about that particular type of wine.

Wherein the raspberry was a underlier in the aroma it’s fairly central to the flavor of this beer. There is plenty of tart seedy raspberry but the beer is still reasonably dry. The level of sourness is about a medium & mostly of the yogurt-y lactic kind. The beer is not unlike an earthy mineral heavy dry rose at times... but a lot more forward with berries, cause... y’know there’s berries in it.

The carbonation is fairly soft on this one, and I think it works pretty well with the tartness of the beer in a way that sometimes doesn’t work for other beers.

s’great

Aroma is salt/minerals, raspberries and malts. The flavor is raspberries, fruit, salt/minerals, malts and a mildly funky finish.

Bottle at WTWBA 2015 in Minneapolis. Hazy pink pour, white head. Fruity, sweet, and delicious!
