COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We love our IPA’s at Exit and after the success of our #010 beer we decided that we would go with a very similar style for our core range IPA.

Aroma of spicy & herbal hops along with softer melon tropical fruit. Piny and spicy flavour with biscuit like malt and assertive bitterness.

Pint at The Local Brewery, Croydon, Victoria. Pours hazy light amber with small white head that laces. Aroma is pineapple, citrus, melon. Not strong but adequate and pleasant. Flavour is very nice fruit and pine. Malt is subdued but noticeable. Crystal caramel sweetness from the malt is there. Taste is well balanced between bitterness and sweetness. Some residual bitterness mainly on the front and mid palate. Mouthfeel is full and smooth, almost creamy. Overall an well balanced and very drinkable IPA. The alcohol is solid but carried well in this big beer.

Tap at the Royston Hotel, Melbourne. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruit woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a dry smooth peachy fruit, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Royal Albert - shy on the nose but a decent hop kick - well balanced - nice bitter edge - doesn’t blow me away but is very easy pleasant drinking.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2017 Very light in colour with thin white head. Aroma of fruit. Some bitterness in taste, though mostly tropical fruit driven. Not much of an IPA, more of a pale ale. Still a very agreeable beer, and dangerously drinkable at 7%.

Tart and fruity aroma and taste. Soft, golden hue but not soft in flavours. Light bitter toffee balanced with fruity hops.

330mL bottle from Slowbeer. Brewed on 31.03.16 Bright orange gold beer with haze and creamy white head. Juicy hop nose - bags of orange juice & zest, ripe rockmelon, grass, lychee & unripe mango, touch of toasty malt. Smooth, somewhat creamy sort of texture, full bodied without giving away much of that big abv, moderate-to-low carbonation. Persistent punchy hop character on the body - mandarin, rockmelon, lychee, bitter orange, light caramel & toasty malt. Tremendous lingering bitterness with plenty of grass, herbal character. Darn good stuff!
