Draught at salhojankadun pub. Clear brown color, some white head. Sweet malty aroma. Balanced soft mouthfeel, sugar, malty body, sweetness. Balanced taste, quite sweet, low co2. Soft and nice.

Cask (5.2%), quarterly ale, 1/2 pint, hand-pulled at Hengler’s Circus, Glasgow on 29 Jul 2017, fruity, toffee aroma, orange, amber with a thin bubbly off-white head with immaculate film of fine lacing, fruity, caramel, toffee flavour, sweet, gentle fizz, malty aftertaste. Cask handpull at The Crosse Keys London as Exmoor Stag, 5.2%. Surprisingly few rates for a well established beer. Pours a dark orange brown, translucent with a foamy light brown head. Aroma is raisin and dates. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is quite robust with lots of dense bread and resin, fruitcake, dark wood, carpet, mixed spice. Breathy close. A grower. Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear amber colour with a medium off white head. Aroma of fruit, some caramel, subtle orange and slight spicy hops. Taste of fruit, some caramel, slight saparilla and similar spices plus subtle orange. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, spicy bitterness in the finish. On cask at Peter Kavanaghs, Liverpool. Appearance is like Maple Syrup. Smell is fruit- Orange and Banana. The taste is sweet, tangy and you can taste a bit of hops. Initially there was a head that was a couple centimetres which died off after a fair while. The residue of the foam stuck to the glass the whole time whilst the beer was drunk. Solid pint. Nose is light caramel, straw, spice, grain, biscuit crumble.
Taste comprises orange, light bread, airy malt, grain, dark fruits, malt loaf.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.

Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, pale malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity, hay, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
