COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

75cl bottle. Pours a dark brown colour with a huge beige head. Foam lasts quite long. Aroma is flowery, peppery, with light roasted notes and hoppy fruitness. Taste is sweet-sout with a lingering bitterness. Tropical fruits, violets and roses bouquet, black pepper and espresso notes. All perfectly mixed. Medium bodied and lively carbonated. Definitely odd, but greatly anjoyable and drinkable.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como
Black color, with compact head. The aroma is very nice, spicy fresh and fruity, not black at all, and this is positive. The mouthfeel is very dry, with some roasted malt flavor, ashes, yeast; strong bitterness, maybe some fruitiness from the hops too. Ashy final.
