COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle at home, imported from Milan, 5th May 17. Pours mahogany brown, but of a surprise. Aroma is yeast, caramel, slight sourness. Taste is light caramel, Belgian yeast, coffee, bitter, followed with a bitter sweet yeasty linger. Loads going in for the extreme low ABV. Almost like a Session Belgian Strong.

On tap @ extraomnes Bier & Cibo. Marrone scuro, opalescente, schiuma beige fine e persistente. Aroma complesso, fruttato, uva, arancia candita, tostato, fondi di caffè, maltato, quasi caramello. gusto abboccato , fruttato, finale erbaceo amaro e leggermente tostato/cereali. non molto corposa, carbonatazione non troppo intensa, poco calda, molto dissetante. Equilibrata ed armonica,

Dark ebony, with beautiful reflections amaranth. Abundant foam head, fine, and very persistent creamy beige color. The nose citrus peels (orange, grapefruit) and a slight acidity that coexists with a touch of black toast and pleasantly earthy rustic touch. very clean and complex aroma. The taste follows the same path reminiscent of grapefruit and lime zest in a very thin base with slightly roasted malt earthy notes, toffee and a faint background of ash

Bottle brewed at Toccalmatto from World Beer Market. This collaboration between Toccalmatto & Extraomnes called Tainted Love is a 4.7% saison that I got for a song as it was best before Jan.1st 2015 - I figure a few weeks won’t do it any harm. Once I saw the name all I could think of was that son... Tainted Love... When I read it was a saison I expected something light & golden not this brooding brown beast with the thick fluffy light beige head. The nose is tart berries, mint with some acidity. Medium bodied. The taste is cocoa powder, mint herbalness & has some complimentary acidic tart fruitiness. A strange hybrid of a beer but it works well enough - tasty.

Bottle. Dark brown body with a beige head. Aroma of flowers, malt, spicy yeast. Taste is dry and crisp, spices, herbs, a bit thin and weak. Mild roasty and herbal finish. Not very saison-ish, a bit strange.
