From the brewer: in our production both Blond and Zest are dry hopped.

On tap at Craft&Draft. Clear golden colour, dense white head. Aroma of bready malts, flour, soft floral citrus, some grassy hops. Smells nice. Flavour is light to medium sweet, malty, bread, lemon, floral, citrus, grass, bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Well made and very tasty, in the line of beers like Westmalle Extra and Westvleteren Blond.

Tap @ Craft & Draft, tick. At 4.7% ABV. Almost clear golden color, medium rocky white head. Aroma of flowery hop, bit citrussy, slight spicy. Soft sweet and soft bitter. Full bodied, especially for 4.7%. Thick malty body, without getting cloying or anything. Wonderful balance and great amount of flavor. Awesome stuff.

Waterly, corpo lieve, scende come acqua. Buona birra. Mancano giusto due bollicine

from Fork&Bottle - murky dark blond beer under a huge white foam; solid lacework; juicy grapefruity hoppiness with hints of citrus, oranges and yeast; medium-bodied, pretty tart and assertive; subtle yet solid carbonation; sour and bitter; dry and long fruity hoppy finish (star fruits come to mind) and some lingering sourness - a great beer, somehow a cross between a Saison and an American Pale Ale

Pour is very pale yellow with a cloudy body. Aroma is wonderful with lemony, yeasty, flowery and grassy notes mainly, very very complex and very satisfying. Medium bodied and high carb. Taste is reminiscent of aroma with a fruity and grassy character, the malt sweetness is cut out by a sharp bitterness that is pleasant in the end. Aroma is amazing, overall great.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2014 My Bottom Line:
Starfruit and white pepper blossom to bitter herbs and cracking straw in this perfectly dry and fluffy Belgian-style Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A mushroom of foam lies undying, lacing from top to bottom, atop the misty straw blond.
-The herbal hop finish is long and endearing.
-Carbonation is expansive and drinkability very high.
-Yeast character is delicate; lightly fruity and spicy.
-Wow, Taras Boulba and Saison Dupont have competition, folks.
