COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Licet insanire. L’ingannevole apparenza.

On tap at Bir&Fud. Very hazy amber beer. Big white head. Softish smooth palate. Creamy sweet malt. Typical tripel aromatics but this one is really smooth and well done. Semi dry finish. Nice tripel.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como
Cloudy deep blond color, with generous head, persistent. The aroma is fruity (plums), a bit soapy and yeasty. Dynamic mouthfeel, with sweetish malt flavor, light spices but also light soap; some fruits, and some yeast; it has a correct bitterness, with some alcohol perception in the end.
Good, but unclean and a bit chaotic.

Koelschtrinker (20395) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 23, 2012
Etwas alkoholischer Beginn. Unrund. 13/8/9/8//8

Keg at Ma Che, Roma, 11/02/14. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white covering that retains. Nose is dark fruits, orange peel, dates, light sugars, toffee, light spice. Taste comprises bitter orange, light booze, rich toffee, spice, earthy, citric lick. Medium bodied +, fine carbonation, light warming alcohol in the finish. Ok but nothing I’d be rushing back for !

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Hazy paleish gold lasting white head with a few floaters at the bottom. Belgian yeasty estery aroma with quite a lot of bubblegum. Very estery. Some malt. Not great. Nothing like a tripel to be honest.
