Licet insanire. Lingannevole apparenza.

Draught @ Brassierie 4:20 as "Extraomnes tripel tripel." Aroma is a bit offensive with urinal cake, citrus and biscuits. Flavour is somewhat tart with citrus, toffee, apricot and mild spicy tones. Also some alcohol in the aftertaste. Too stuffy and too much alcohol, but not bad still.

bottle, thanks to bu11zeye, golden yellow with white foam, I thought this was a pretty nice tripel with a bright candied sugar and melon flavor and aroma, husk finish

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of wheat and yeast. The flavor is a bit different with some strong grainy notes, as well as a bit of lemon, Belgian yeast and wheat. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle (330 ml). Hazy golden orange with a medium persistent white head and good lacing. Aroma of orange peel, floral notes, spices, malt and alcool notes. Taste is moderately malty with spicy presence, yest, floral presence, orange peel/citrus and sticky finish. Medium/full body. Medium carbonation. Dry finish. Astringent. I can understand why some people doesnt like it (sticky astrengency), but I still think that a very interesting/unusual take on a Tripel and that its quite tasty.
