COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schiuma compatta, frastagliata, candida e persistente. Finale secco, tagliente e prolungato.

Dorata, opalescente, schiuma bianca pannosa e persistente. aromi agrumati e resinosi (scorza d’arancia, pompelmo rosa, cedro...) Secca, poco corpo, piuttosto amara.....fresca e beverina, ma non nelle mie corde.....

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of floral hops, anise, fruity hops, Belgian yeast, bready malt, spices. Flavor of bready malt, lemon zest, citrusy fruits, apple, peppery spices, bitter hops. Delicious Belgian ale, lightly hopped. 8/4/8/4/15 (3.9/5)

Grumbo (2841) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - JUN 24, 2017
Tap at Bir & Fud, Rome. Pours cloudy amber orange with a lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon zest, hop, malt, yeast, passion fruit and light sweet caramel. Medium sweetness which developed, contrasting quite a heavy zesty bitterness and borderline sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Finishes quite dry and bitter.

Hopverdju (1192) - BELGIUM - JUN 12, 2017
Goudblond bier met weinig wit schuim. Geur: eerst wat solfer en fenol, daarna hop en fruitig. Smaak: moutzoetige aanzet, hopbitter, fruitig, nectarine, ananas. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Goede afdronk, harsachtig bitter.

hrabren (1175) - Zagreb, CROATIA - MAY 23, 2017
On tap at Vrteška 2017, Belgrade. Shared with Višnja 666. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Moderate to heavily hopped or is it spices, citrus; lemon; zest. Good balance, very aromatic with floral esters. Medium body, moderate carbonation, really nice fruity finish. I like it just the way it is.

On tap at Vrteška. Tropical aroma, creamy, somewhat citrusy, a bit grainy. Tropical, light taste, fresh, lime, creamy, nice citric touches, light Belgian yeast touches I reckon. This is a very, VERY tasty beer, aromatic, well balanced and drinkable. Wow!

CraftBeerNick (2472) - London Town, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2017
Tap at L’Express De Lyon, 26th April 17. Pours straw colour, slight haze. Aroma is bitter hop, some citrus. Taste is bitter, oily hop, citrus, clean refreshing with a bitter linger. This is as I hoped a little like the De Ranke style of Belgian Ale.

drpimento (3572) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - APR 23, 2017
Aroma’s pretty good with fresh hops and caramel malt. Flavor’s a bit off with the loss of hop flavor being more bitter than sweet. Good body and a long bitter finish.

Here is our first rating for a beer from Italy, a country renowned for shitty beer, but thankfully, it bucks that tradition by being pretty darn good. It pours a cloudy gold and has an aroma that combines lemony "zest," belgian yeast, and a light delicate touch of that bretty funk. The taste is pretty much in line with the smell; it is complex, tasty, and hard to pin down. My better half thinks it tastes like it has a higher ABV than it does, but I’m not sure that’s it, but I can’t quite put my finger on it. Anyway, it’s a good beer that does Italian beer proud. Good for gorging on some naan pizza while regaling your booboo with tales of internet DJ heroism.

ArtificialCyst (1140) - Szczecin, POLAND - APR 11, 2017
