[cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest]
Waxy cherry lips aroma with some floral hops. Almost clear red chestnut that is almost covered by white bubbles. Sweet and spicy flavour of malt and hops, respectively, with a strong grainy character that fades and cannot hold up the bitterness. Medium body, moderate to low carbonation, moderately bitter finish. czar (9338) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 7, 2011
