1.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Aroma of light hay, tastes like carbonated apple juice. Not my kind of beer.
Nice pale gold transparent body with a thick creamy/foamy head. A little caramel malt flavor and also some light hay. A little doughy. Light and sessionable, but pretty generic. czar (9266) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 4, 2017
can. pours almost clear light gold with a small white cap offering some retention and lacing. light quite fruity pilsner malts, no adjuncts, yet some stench cereals persist; hint of acidity - bitter citrus peel; metal traces. almost foamy carbonation, light body - watery; dry grassy-herbal finish. i’m guessing recipe improved a lot over the years, as this is watery yet sessionable pale lager, without being too bland. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 27, 2016
473 ml can from TBS, served cold in a tulip glass. radiomgb (2686) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 7, 2015
App.: Clear straw with a fairly large white head.
Aroma: Sweet cereal, light canned corn, sort of a faint to light sweet, vague fruitiness.
Palate: Medium body, moderate carbonation, almost crisp.
Flav.: Like the nose, kinda sweet cereal, sort of a corn thing, just a touch fruity, something like a white wine character; dry with low bitterness and a nondescript cereal malt finish.
341ml bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Very pale yellow in colour with a long lasting white head, light lacing. The aroma is of corn, pale malts, cereal with a bit of metal. The flavour is metallic, lots of corn, pale malts. Watery mouthfeel, very light body, medium carbonation. Finishes fairly quick, light sweetness. Really bad beer. Nothing here that would make me want another one. Ferris (16106) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 28, 2014
Draft - Corn and grains. Pale gold with almost no head. Grains and light bitterness. Dry and grainy. Had this as the Hungry Brew Hops house lager, but pretty sure this is the same thing.

341 mL bottle. Actually not terrible for a light beer. Has a little graininess to it. Far better than the macro offerings. Might be a nice gateway beer. shaynsawchuk (681) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 27, 2013
341 mL bottle. Pours very light with minimal white froth. Grainy nose with a hint of apple. Taste is faintly sweet, some yeast notes and more pilsner malt. Thin body and moderate carbonation. Light beer. Metalchopz (3447) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 21, 2012
Came in the OCB Discover pack of summer 2012. This premium light beer pours a slight hazy, light golden colour. The white soapy head is small, has little retention and hardly any lace. The scent is decent at first, but then smells like rusty water with a little sweetness in the background. That sweetness seems like honey, found mostly in taste with the mild cereal grain. Thankfully, the flavours are pretty good for a light brew. LBarouf (130) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 17, 2012
341 ml bottle-Pours a light gold sparkling body with a finger of white fizz. Active carbonation. Grainy nose with steamed veggies and a fruity 7-up like aroma. Sweet pale malt flavours are backed with grain, sweet fruity, almost apple juice like flavours. Light, watery finish. I really wouldn’t want to drink too much of this one.
