On tap at Phog Lounge, Windsor On. Golden pour. Creamy head, 1cm thick. Nice lacing. Light grain aroma, slight note of lemons. Citrus accented hops stand out in the flavour, grainy malts behind it. Light hop finish. cfrancis (3474) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 31, 2016
Pours clear yellow gold with a moderate white foam. Aroma is light floral hops and grassy grains. Taste is a great blend of grains and floral hops. Metalchopz (3420) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 19, 2016
First of two Ontario Pilsner tonight (the other being the Perth one). Pours a light golden colour with a white cap, almost creamy, long lasting and with some creamy lacing. Sweet malty nose with some bread notes and honey. A little hops, but more apparent in the taste. Decent bitterness and Saaz notes. This calms down the sweetness in the mouth. Good cereal malts overall. Refreshing, crisp and quite drinkable. Maybe a little too rich for a pilsner. GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 19, 2005
Bottle - thanks to tupalev. Clear, bright light gold colour with a small, fluffy white head. Fresh aroma of bready malt, citrus and grassy hops. Crisp mouthfeel. Perfectly balanced flavour of sweet (but not too sweet) malt, fruit notes, and herbal/grassy hops. Dry, refreshing finish. Really nice stuff! Caramel aroma, golden, a small head. Sweet candied flavour, fairly smooth. A pleasant beer, didn’t seem like a pilsner though?

Bottle. Pale yellow in glass, very little head. Slight hops and sweetness in aroma. Well carbonated, light tingly mouthfeel. Buttery taste - the dominant flavour in my mind, which I rarely can pick out. Hops come in at he end. In between there is a lot of attempted flavour going on, but I find it unbalanced and overly sweet. This made it not quenching or refreshing or even enjoyable on a flavour level. I thought it was a pretty interesting interpretation of a pils, certainly unique o Ontario, and I will try it again as I like this brewery and their efforts and this is getting some very positive reviews. Just not from me I guess. garthicus (2933) - Dublin, IRELAND - SEP 30, 2010

Bottle - light orange with some good carbonation, light white head. Grassy hay aroma, some hops too. Fairly grass and hop flavour, some dryness there too, I had it at a friends party, handy and enjoyable for such occasions
Nothing wrong with this one at all. Good clean mouthfeel with a good typical pils bite. radiomgb (2686) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 18, 2002
Pale gold colour. Very small head. Sweet candy aroma. Sour, tart, hoppy bitter, dry finish.
