Tap at The J. Clyde. Pours hazy yellow with a small, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is spicy and earthy wheat malt, citrus notes and earthy hops. Flavor is crisp spicy wheat malt, light citrus, hops, and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. BiggOnion (68) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - SEP 30, 2013

7/27/13. On tap at the brewery. Cloudy pale, pale yellow color, kinda cool looking, actually, with a small off-white head. Pale malts, light banana, and plenty of phenolics. Pale malts, soft wheat, some banana, and lots of bitter phenolics. Not bad. coolpop (1394) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - MAR 25, 2013
Draft in the taproom. Pours an eye-catching hazy pale straw -- almost white -- with a smallish white head. Aroma and flavor were lots of lemon, a mild yeastiness, some fruity esters, including banana. Crisp and only lightly sweet. Light mouthfeel. Quite well done -- maybe the best of FBC’s regular rotation beers.
