Quite dark copper brown, decent brownish head. Honey and roasted malts in the nose. Caramelly, malty, but with a bit palate.Typical clean Christmas vienna, goes with food I suppose.
Bottled. Dark amber coloured, with off-white head. Aroma hayish strawy. Flavour is sugary and malty. A bit hayish notes to it also. Palate becomes sticky in the finish. Also hints of sweet malts in the aftertaste. Ok brew, though I would enjoy more Christmassy hints in it... Ungstrup (38941) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 12, 2006
A deep red-brown beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet strawy, while the flavor is sweet with light notes of metal, caramel, and acid, leading to a dry slightly hoppy end. I find it somewhat like a malt drink.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark amber with a thick and handsome head. Very malty with notes of caramel and a very subdued bitterness - the sweetness is much more present, but it never gets cloying. 201201 Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 16, 2005
Dark red/brown color, little light brown head. Estery, sweet, mild licorice, thin aroma. Licorice and sweet flavor, surprisingly rich flavor after thin aroma. Crispy ending with convenient carbonation. Medium bodied. Some dryness in the end with some roasted aftertaste.
