Good that theyre experimenting, recent limited from Falcon have been much better than their normal product. This one pours a very cloudy golden with a medium, frothy white head. Nose is bready with caramel, honey and a hint of citrus. Taste is is initially fairly mellow with a sweet backbone, before turning mildly bitter in the medium finish. A hint too sticky in body, and with fairly lively carbonation, but otherwise a very decent beer.

Bottle from Systembolaget. It poured a very hazy orange-brown liquid with a small but creamy head, lots of sedimented yeast. Bready smell and taste and fairly sweet. Taste a bit like sweet wort with some alcohol in it. Drinkable, but I would have prefered it a bit dryer and with a different yeast strain that is more fitting for the style.

Hazy orange with a tiny white head, looks kind of ok. Aroma is grainy and "raw" in a not so good way.. Flavor is slightly fruity and sweet with extremely low bitterness in the metallic dull ending. Not much better than any other Falcon really..

330ml bottle picked up at Systembolaget in Kiruna. Clear golden first pour while the last pour was very cloudy. Diminishing white head. Vague smell of grain and bread. Discreet flavour of grainy malts with noble hops far behind. Bitter endnotes, short-lived. Clean in the mouth. Some refreshments in this one and not that bad (Troms, 04.06.2012).

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2012 (Bottle) Pours cloudy golden with a white head. The aroma holds buttered popcorn/corn/boiled vegetable, stearin, dried orange-coloured fruit and mild grassy/herbal hops alongside hay-like, bready and grainy malt. Touch of yeast. The flavour is light sweet, light bitter and tiny acidic with notes of bread, crackers, hay, vegetables/corn, touch of grassy/herbal hops and maybe a whisper of dried (oranges-coloured) fruits. The mouthfeel is light buttery, light watery and tiny acidic with a near medium carbonation. Light grainy, mild grassy and soft citric finish. Light bodied.

Looks like a German "fresh beer" that you occasionally get on a Bierstube. Wonderfully malty taste with a clear round sweetness. The relatively low alcohol content is of course a plus when you want to drink many more!
