Appearance: Cloudy, light yellow color. Minimal, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, light-medium sour, light salty, some candy sweetness.
Palate: Medium body. Light sweet-dry finish.
Overall: Interesting. Lemonade-like.

Tap. Milky hazy, banana-yellow body, high soft head. Aroma is interesting sweetish-saltish-sour, cranberries, candies, traces of vanilla and flowers. Taste is pleasantly sourish-sweet, balanced by unobtrusive saltness. Sorrel, dried cranberries, flowers. Light body, low carbonation, very smooth mouthfeel.
Very tasty and drinkable.
UPDATED: DEC 9, 2017 On tap. Very cloudy, good lacing, nice nose. Given that the Gose style is difficult to make correctly (I’m told) this is a good and brave example, if not exactly up to Leipzig standards. Drinkable, pleasant, happy to try it. Perhaps you should too....

Decent, elegant, pleasant beer.
Very hazy straw colour, small white head. Aroma of lime, cranberry, chamomile, a touch of vanilla. Taste is light sour, slightly salty. Light body, thin texture, soft carbonation.
