COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stalker No.1 – Hop Attack! EPM 15,8% Alk. 6,9% obj. IBU (rozbor bude v pátek) Slady: plzeňský, karamelový, carapils Chmele: Magnum, Simcoe, Centennial, Tomahawk, NZ, Chinook P.S.: Pouze pro chmeložrouty!

On tap at Clock-Block. Aroma of hops, lemon peel, clear amber colour with thick white head. Quite rich taste, hops, citruses, caramel, yeast, Belgian ale, quite bitter, long bitter finish. Not too alcoholic. Nice one.

Tapped at Clock Block in Bratislava Slovakia. Clear golden color. Thick soapy head. Aroma of caramel, malt, unripe walnut peal, bit honey, piny a bit, some sweet Christmas cake spices. Taste mirrors the aroma plus bitter hops, cinnamon, malt, walnut peal. Overall good!

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2018 Hit me with honeysweetness, but left with bitterness so big that after few gulps I didn't feel the sweetness anymore.

Tap at Beer Station Zlaté piesky. After two failures earlier today I desperately wanted good beer. And this was great choice apparently. Nice hoppy profile with rich citrus texture. Hoppy juice it is. Lovely.

Davvero ottima.

Bottle split in the hotel room in Praha, with the Wingmane, 13/07/17. Golden copper with a decent off white head. Nose is caramel, orange peel, biscuit, sweet notes. Taste comprises caramel malts, orange pith, grapefruit, straw, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. Ok stuff... but IPA’s have moved on a touch for me ... this is a malt forward old skool number and not one i’d choose to revisit given the choice of others.

0.33l bottle. Dark golden color with medium creamy white head. Aroma: caramel, candies, cantaloupe, citrus. Taste: quite sweet, caramel, citrus, candies. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Moderate bitterness. Good one, bit on a malty side, rather than hoppy.
