September 19, 2015 - at eebria (Bermondsey) - draught. Hazy-cloudy orange-gold with a smallish off-white creamy head. Classic dry UK golden ale - not too sweet, nice and grassy plus citra pungency. Taste follows, a little more citra presence, seems a little dissociated (7-). Light body, a bit astringent, finishes dry, seems a bit thin and simple.

50 cl bottle from Corks of Cotham in Bristol. Well it’s alright. A little bit soapy but a very nicely constructed light ale with a big hop character, grainy body and possibly a little bottle fermentation though I was unclear on that. It could become a year-round if they sharpen it up a bit and can source the ingredients reliably.

Hazy with small head leaving ice lacing the citra dominates soft carbonation decent but a poor mans version of Oakhams citra.

Keg at spitfire (fire below). Hazy gold, white head. Grapefruity and citrus, light spice and hops. Medium body good fizz. Refreshing and zesty oranges and grapefruit hops. Lovely hoppy refreshing drink. Really nice.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2015 Bottles from Cork & Cask and Oddbins. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, grass, peppery hop spice and mango. Flavour of orange, lime zest, grapefruit and passionfruit. Medium body with an oily texture and lively fizz. Exactly what I want from a hoppy, low-ABV beer - this is absolutely humming of Citra hops. Yet another gem from Fallen.

Cask at Aston Manor Cricket Club Beer Festival; hazy straw yellow pour with a bubbly white head, light citrus, a hint of pine, crisp and refreshing.

Scopey (16524) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 31, 2015
Cask at Guildford Arms. It pours clear golden with a decent white head. The nose is soft, fresh, juicy, stewed orange, peach, passion fruit mango, tinned fruits and pissy hops. The taste is crisp, bitter, straw, grapefruit rind, pithy lemon, lime, straw, soap and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice aroma for sure and good drinkablity. Decent stuff.

From a bottle in Edinburgh. Fruity and herbal Citra Hops in the nose. The flavor (a tad vegetative) and (thin) feel disappoint. Still a decent ale that should work well with spicy foods.

mr_h (6106) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - APR 25, 2015
Cask by hand-pump at Guildford Arms, Edinburgh - peach and pine in the aroma, clear golden, thin bubbly white head, poor lacing, sweet, oily citrus with tropical fruits, good carbonation, well balanced
