Hazy amber with a small, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma had toasted caramel, mild red berries. Highish carbonation, fine dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, toasted caramel, a bit of chocolate. Soft grainy and mild bitter finish. Not much Christmas, but a fine beer.

Tap / Bottle. Pours dark amber with a creamy white head. Nose is caramal and toffee - slightly buttery and vague notes of metal. Smooth and medium palate. Dry , sweet and spicy flavor with some fruit and caramel. Very decent. MiP (15943) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2010
Handbottle. Weak vegetable aroma. Clear dark amber colour. SMall tan head. The flavour has a little vegetable, seems to come from the hops. Mild sweetness. A little roasted note in the finish, like roasted malt. Also a little graininess, perhaps because the ABV is not as high as your usual Christmas beer. joergen (28772) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 23, 2010
