COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first beer in Fanø Bryghus’s new "Danish Imperial Series" "Canute the Great" is a Russian Imperial Stout, dark in color and thick in body with an exceptionally smooth finish. Canute has rich aromas of coffee, dark chocolate that blend with the flavors of raisins and brown sugar.

Flavor is sweet and light bitter, rich malty, dark chocolate, dark fruits, riasin, heavy licorice. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. Bit to heavy on the licorice for me. 030317
