COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Note:Not to be confused with the Fanjul Sidra Natural Ecologica and teh Fanjul Sidra Natural Llagar de Fozana, all at 6%.

BeerandBlues2 (13323) - Escondido, California, USA - MAR 28, 2017
Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow and nearly still, though pouring from a foot or more away wakes up a bit of carbonation. Aroma is acidic lemon, barnyard, and phenolic (bandage). Flavor is highly complex, acidic lemon, no real alcohol notes, farmyard, phenolic and dry. Medium-light body. This classic Spanish Sidra (Asturian) really is quite complex and a pleasure to drink.

Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - MAR 27, 2015
Pours a hazy yellow color with a finger of gaseous bubbles that dissipate very quickly. Some funky basement must, cheese, tart apple and lemon zest come through with nice complexity and a nice bright acid finish.

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2014 Very hazy body, some bubbles on top. Rough, not too fresh or appley, but appealing due to the rustic aromas. Interesting rough mouth feel. Low abv so easy to drink yet a bit watery. Not complex at all, but drinking very well. And unlimited and free, so that’s good. :-) (Bottles at a cider restaurant in Valencia with Alba and Bertanne)
