“THE GREAT CONJUNCTION IS THE END OF THE WORLD! Or the beginning. Hm! End of Aughra? Hmph! End, Begin, all the same. Big change. Sometimes good. Sometimes bad.” -Aughra, The Dark Crystal “End, Begin” is the great conjunction of French saison yeast, dark malts, and Szechuan peppercorns. The subtle roast and big, dark chocolate flavors are balanced with a dry, lemony lightness from the yeast and a slight, earthy spiciness from the Szechuan peppercorns. It is an alignment that only happens once every thousand years and has the ability to bring about great change. This beer is best enjoyed in the sacred chamber, under the converging light of the three suns.
