tabernae (178) - Latina, ITALY - JUL 29, 2011

Benzai (15446) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUL 26, 2011
Pretty average score on all criteria, so not bad not good. Very black colored beer, smell roasted and spicy. Taste sour, roasted, spicy and coffee. Also a little bit weak though. Not one I’ll remember for a long time.

fugitive (1993) - Athens, GREECE - JUL 3, 2011

DutchDrebus (5954) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUN 22, 2011
Smell is pretty good, getting 8 points. Other than that the beer is decent but nothing shocking or original. Okay beer.

larsga (7508) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 15, 2011
Small beige head. Nearly opaque black body goes dark red at bottom. Light chocolate and mealy spice aroma, very faint. Dry-sweet-acidic burnt licorice taste with perfumy spicy notes. Light body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry roasty vanilla and chocolate aftertaste with perfumy metallic notes. A bit artificial. Not their best. (0.1l draft at DBF’11.)

omhper (24966) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUN 13, 2011
Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Very dark brown, small head. Aroma of molasses and caramel. Sweet with medium body and celan rounded mouthfeel. Some herbal spices, lots of molasses. Almost plastic tasting finish.

@CBF. Pours brown black with small tanned head leaving some lace. Aroma is malty, sweet, dark bread, roasted and spicy. Flavor is acidy, malty, roasted, spicy, coffee and a bit sweet. Finishes very nice with a sweet bitter aftertaste.
