Draught at Ølbaren.Pitch black colour with creamy beige head.Aroma of cinnamon and rosted malt, nice smooth mouthfeels, and creamy finish. tabernae (178) - Latina, ITALY - JUL 29, 2011

Pours pitch black with brown head. Nose of sweet chocolates and malts, very appealing. Nice, smooth aroma of sweet chocolate, hints of caramel and balanced coffee presence. Right up my alley! You Danish people know what you’re doing! Alengrin (5235) - BELGIUM - AUG 21, 2014
Tasted as Jule Porter, a winter porter with thin, deep beige head and near to black colour. Aroma of coffee, toasted bread, chocolate, toffee, vanilla, star aniseed, cinnamon; sweet and rich malt taste, caramel and chocolate, roasted bitterness, thick and oily mouthfeel, subtle spicy accents adding complexity, long bitter finish. More a stout than a porter to me but an excellent brew in any case. thewolf (12533) - Kolding, DENMARK - OCT 25, 2009
Tap @ Ølfestival, Esbjerg, 2009.faroeviking (10821) - FAROE ISLANDS - OCT 26, 2009
Pours completely black with an impressive, staying, creamy, beige head. Aroma is sweet with notes of coffee, sweet roasted malts and a lovely dose of Christmas-y spices (especially cinnamon). Medium carbonation, lovely creamy palate. Super Christmas-y flavour, lots of cinnamon (but never really too much), light coriander, super chocolate and lightly roasted. Really lovely!
From tap at Esbjerg beer festival and draught at the brewery. Pours a black colur with a nice light brown well lasting head leaving a god lacing. Pleasanr aroma of roasted malt and coffeee with spices (plenty of cinnamon). Good filling smooth mouthfeel. The flavour has a goodsoft roasty maltiness with coffee, spices, some chocolate, dark fruits and a pleasant soft sweet roasty spiced coffee finish. Great brew! Black with a red hue. Lasting tan head. Aroma of chocolate with cinnamon and vanilla. Sweet milk chocolate flavour with vanilla and cinnamon, dried fruits and coffee notes. Impressive clean and balanced flavour where each component stands out individually.
