33 cl bottle at Radio. Pours pitch black with a small, creamy and chocolate brown head. Ark roasted malt, a bit of chocolate and vague hard roasted to almost smoked/tarish note. Smooth mouthfeel. Dark choclate, dark roasted malt and light liqourice. Lingering thick malty and roasted finish. Went superb with the cheese and the dessert.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a darmk brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, wood, and chocolate, leading to a dry and roasted finish.

Opaque black - brown beer, little tan head. Palate is silky with fine carbonation. Mild minerals. Rich malts with a little cream. Touch of marmite. Unsweet dark chocolate and a trace of earthy coffee. Smooth finish. A tad too much marmite for me, otherwise decent.

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 3, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a pitch black with a small, rough beige head. Sweet chocolatey roast. Medium body, rather low in carbonation, heavy black chocolate and roast. Lightly malt bitter finish. Surprised by the low carbonation and the absent head, but it doesn’t spoil the fun. 030812
