Danish: Vores pilsnertype har fået navn efter den lokale "ædelsten", og ligesom denne er øllet gyldent og ufiltreret. Smagen er frisk og fyldig men ret tør og let aromatisk som den lokale humor.

stouby (4781) - Holbæk, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2013
Bottle at home. Hazy pale yellow with a large white head, nice lacings. Aroma medium malty (caramel) and hoppy. Flavor light to medium sweet, medium bitter. Medium body. Nice.

OleR (4849) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 29, 2013
0.5 L bottle. Throws a tall white head, over an unclear deep gold colored body. Low aroma level. Some grassy hops and a scent of grainy, light toasted malts. Medium to light body. A good amount of bittering, considering the style. Grassy and straw-like hop flavor. Light, clean malt body. Grassy and light fruity bitterness linger in the finish. [09.02.13]

lusikka (7833) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 23, 2013
500 ml bottle.
Pours a dark yellow colour with a white head. Aroma of floral hops and caramel. Flavour is rather straight-forward with floral bitterness, citrus, caramel and burnt bread. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and high carbonation. Finishes strong on bitterness. Decent.

KnutAlbert (6792) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 6, 2013
Bottle, shared by OleR. Clear amber. Soft, well balanced. Flowers, pine, full body, nice bitter finish.

JanLaursen (3372) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 23, 2013
Bottle, 50 cl, shared with Gisle. A slightly cloudy golden beer with a huge, lovable white head. Fruity citrusy hoppy nose with peachy notes and a light caramel touch, very aromatic for a lager. Taste is light malty, quite dry and hoppy, with a citrusfruity medium bitterness. Much better than I remembered.

olio (10552) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 31, 2012
50 cl bottle. Thanks laiti!
Clear golden color with small head. Aroma of grass, grain, some corn and caramel. Aroma is pretty much the same with some additional honey notes. Quite straightforward.

laiti (8513) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 31, 2012
50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 11.09.2013
Aroma has hay, some nettles, butter and gooseberry bush. Flavour has gooseberry bush, some nettles, grainy, bready malt and hints of hay. Quite hoppy and fruity for a pilsener (or vienna). Decent.

TET (3209) - Kaarina, FINLAND - DEC 26, 2012
A slightly cloudy, yellow beer with a medium and blond head. Aroma is fresh, lots of malts with aromatic hops, fruits, citrusfruits and hint of tropical fruits. Taste of light and pure malts with balancing citrusfruity hoppyness. Medium bitterness that is enough and drying. Medium bodied with medium carbonation, nice to drink. A positive surprise, balanced packege of malts, aromatic and citrusfruity hoppyness.

thiesen (178) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 2, 2012
Golden amber (rav), white foam, nice dry grassy hops, dry and a quite rich taste of malt and some sweet stuff. Nice hop bitterness. A really good pilsner.

Meilby (11692) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 26, 2012
Draught @ Fanø Bryghus
Pours clear deep golden with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and floral hops. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
