COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Drukket hjemme 10 Mar 13. Mørk gyldenbrun. Veldig høyt skum som varer. Sterk & god fruktaroma. Fersken. Smaken er mye sitrus. Blir raskt tørr & syrlig bitter.

Tap at the Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light yeast hop. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a smooth yeast fruit light bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice and refreshing but for an IPA it lacks both the aroma and bittering hops.

Bottle at Cafe Fiasko, july 23rd 2013. Hazy light orange body, big offwhite head. Aroma of fruity hops, grapefruit, peach, orange, with a touch of grass. Good hoppy taste too, with a clearer malt presence in the form of light caramel and bread. Pleasant thick body, nice bitterness. At the time of rating we had two bottles from different batches, with a clear difference between the two, this rate is from the freshest bottle, the other weren’t nearly as fresh and fruity.
