Bottle: Hazy yellow colour, with a nice creamy head. Aroma had a nice fruity, flowey aroma, nice citrus and a bit sugar in the end. Flavor: frech fruity, citrus mouth feeling, thin to medium body, medium dry bitter finish.

A beer complete and ordinary. It’ sounds like an academy beer, but i think a little boring for an IPA. Maybe it’ s more like a simple and ordinary Pale Ale. Everything it’ s in the right place, but it’ s a bottle that leaves unstisfied.

500ml bottle. Pours a deep amber, with a thin white head. Fruity, quite hoppy aromas, apricots, grapefruit peel, spruce, caramel, malt, quite spicy. Off-dry, medium bodied, medium to high bitterness, balanced CO2. Hoppy taste, tangerine peel, spruce, caramel, yeast, earth, apricots. A bit too light bodied, otherwise OK. (2012-03-04)

50 cl bottle @ home. Pours a dark amber colour with semi dense head. aromas are very flat and no real noteso f anything.. maybe floral? the taste is a bit bitter, but no real hoppy feel. it is kinda boring. small notes of malts.. all in all, i don’t really like it, maybe my bottle was bad, but as that one bottle goes, it was just plain..

0,5 l. bottle from a supermarket. Slightly hazy golden, amber with a medium sized creamy, off-white head. Powerful aroma with pines, grasses, light grapefruits and chocolate malts with a caramel note. Medium bitterness, very nice. Medium body, with a slick texture. soft carbonated. Long, lingering bitterness. Very American styled, not much " Fanø" here... Very good APA, my kind of refreshment...

Draft @ Ma che siete venuti a fa’ (Rome, Italy) and Karhisma Birroteca (Piedimonte Matese - Caserta, Italy). A pale intense orange with a generous creamy head that leaves levels on glass sip after sip and lasts long. Aroma is resinous, undoubtly yeasty (bread) and a good fruit mix in the end like citrus, orange, grapefruit, ananas or generally tropical. Something fresh and herbaceous too. Body is medium, as carbonation, good malt presence and balance; drinkability satisfies for sure, and finish grows and grows slowly, leaves the back part of tongue fizzy and seriously harsh. Persistent. This version is more hoppier than the previous and I prefer it, since its character gives a great session soul, but it’s more an IPA than APA. A very good example of the style, so different from the common european ones.

Rune (12741) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 13, 2011
500ml bottle at Det Lille Apotek. White foamy head reduced to a thin layer with a few patches. Clouded, late straw coloured body. Fresh smell of sappy fruits. Succulent flavour character of fresh fruity hops including oranges, joined by grapes and a touch of spices. Plain dry bitter finish. Perfect with my salty, fried bacon (Copenhagen, 02.11.2011).

Cunningham (7952) - Halden, NORWAY - NOV 1, 2011
UPDATED: FEB 15, 2012 Bottle from Denmark. Hazy light coloured with an off white head. Powerful, dry and fruity taste. Lots of hops and citrus in the aroma.

Habanero (4672) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2011
Bottled. Pours a clear, pale amberwith a little, off-white head. Fair lacings. Nose of floral hops and caramel notes. Sweet flavour of citrus and caramel. Medium bodied, creamy to oily texture and average carbonation. OK bitter finish - nice indeed.
