Hazy cloudy in the glass. The beer is smooth and fresh sourish. Nice Farmhouse flavour, sourish yeasty, smooth. The body is fresh, smooth. Hints of yeasty sweetness with funky sourish farmhouse aroma. On the tongue remains a funky yeasty sweetish-sour and smooth-mild aroma. Nice. hallinghansen (3418) - Odense SV, DENMARK - JAN 14, 2015
Bottle provided by Kingcecil, thanks buddy. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Tartness, lemon, spices, light yeast, fruit. Nice and drinkable. Garrold (5606) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2014
Bottle. Belgiuminabox. Hazy gold. Thin, white head. Sweet malts, akin to pilsner malts. Some funk. Some lemon. Light smoke. Taste is tart. Light dry. Soft, airy palate, which is the best element of this beer. Finishes dry, and light bitter. On the whole, though, this is utterly underwhelming. Bottle. Hazy golden color, white head. Aroma of peppery, dusty, rotted lemons. Taste is earthy and spiced citrus. Interesting.

Bottle thnx to belgiuminabox.
Pours clear blonde. Good white head.
Smell is sharp bitter. Bit funky.
Taste is sharp, funky, bit bitter. Elegant, in a way. Overcarbonated. Ok teorn88 (8066) - Rimini, ITALY - NOV 9, 2014
75cl bottle at home, 2nd batch. It pours a clean honey color with a small white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is mild sweet mild funk an medium tart, with notes of yeast, spices, grapefruit, citrus, grass and violets. Big grapefruit notes. Taste is medium sweet and medium acidic, with more grapefruit, yeast, grass, bread, citrus. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, really tasty and refreshing, one of the best of recent Fantomes, a legit very good saison. Dunt (321) - Illinois, USA - OCT 28, 2014
Reviewwed from notes. While I’ve had both batches of 5 Sciences, I will rate the 2nd batch since the 1st batch had the obvious infection problems. Opened at Fantomefest 2014, thanks Patty. Pours a cloudy orange in color with a finger and a halfs worth of off-white head. The nose is comprised of dank herbal notes, the type I remember in Sante! 14. In other words, this smells like weed...really dank weed at that. The flavor also has the weed present, but it’s also complimented by floral notes, spices, and some citrus peel. Light mouthfeel, good carbonation, and a moderate finish. Really happy this beer was remade after the first batch because the first batch was kind of a disaster. Sample at the Beer Heads MeetUp bottle share event in October 2014. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick off white head. Herbal nose. Flavors of tropical fruits and coriander. Clean finish. Theydon_Bois (20621) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - OCT 21, 2014
Bottle split at home with James on the evening of my 40th, 11/10/14.
Hazed orange amber with a good sized off white covering that retains.
Nose is bitter tropical fruits, orange pith, pineapple, straw, bready notes.
Taste comprises orange & pineapple squash, light spice, bitter tropicana, sweet mango.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light farmy haybales.
Decent enough saison.
