Not positive, but I believe this is Batch #2. Aroma is fruit, spicy and vinous. Lemon, lime and tropical fruit with some overripe pear and apple. Lemongrass, pepper and mint. Slight tannic note. The aroma is very nice. Cork came off with a pop. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a thick, pillowy, white head that displays good retention. Moderately high lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a slight sweetness with a lot of citrus and herbal character. Again you pick up lemon and lime with some tropical fruit and moderate melon notes. Some mint, cilantro, lemongrass and pepper notes. Light tannic note and medium light bitterness. Light graininess upfront before the fruit and spices. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall I cannot decide whether I love this beer or find the flavors too strong. I ruinously enjoy the flavor components, but is it too much? No plastic or rubber character so I assume this is the more recent batch. If you like citrus and spices this is the beer for you. OK, after half the bottle I decided I really like this; I could definitely drink more of this beer. JanLaursen (3372) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2014
Flaske, 75 cl. Hos Yespr. Let tåget og gylden. Hvidt hovede. Lavt. Aroma, som langsomt åbner sig. Gær, Let brett, brød, svedig t-shirt. Grapefrugt. Utrolig balance, mildt sødlig malt-krop med lidt mark og hø. Noter af blomster, citrus. Raffineret (ikke et ord, jeg normalt ville bruge om en øl fra Fantome). Bottle thanks to Adamjackson. Pours pink grapefruit with thin white head ring. Nose and taste of light smoke, papaya juice, strawberry, carrots, peach juice, musky grape and apricot juice. Medium body. jredmond (8644) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 29, 2013
Bottle courtesy of clockwork shared with clockwork and Joel. Pours a bright, vibrant pink grapefruit juice body. Aroma is dusty basement funk, melons and lots of juicy fruits. Mouthfeel is super soft and juicy - really great; notes of melon, guava, passionfruit, papaya and softer muted citrus fruits. Light acidity and fluffy funk. Overall, a super juicy saison.

750mL from Etre. Low haze golden pour with excellent foam and webby lacing. Nose is orange peel, potpourri, floral, rustic gritty pale malt. Moves to something like fresh corn salsa with cilantro and lime. Really nice actually. Taste is rustic malt, crackery Biere de Garde style, with a hefty grassy hop bite. Raw and farmy pale grist balanced by grass and potpourri. Really amazing mouthfeel- has the elusive "quenching malt" character of some pilsners, APAs, and saisons that I adore. bhensonb (15753) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 14, 2013
Capped (corked) 750 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy/translucent gold with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is chamomile with mild, very mild, barnyard. Functionally full bodied (thanks to heavy carbonation). Flavor is aroma, with some odd additions. Some guesses: nettle; running out of guesses. It’s very tasty, in a veggie sort of way. It’s finishing mild barnyard with a lot of tag along flavors. I’m really liking it. Note: looking at other ratings, I can see why someone suggested eucalyptus. Now I’m also thinking bay leaf. Mystery is on the label, and mysterious it is. Really good. _angst_ (5008) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - DEC 26, 2013
