750ml bottle. Medium dark caramel malts. Foamy beige head. Odd rye like tones. North French feels. Not that good and doesn’t grow on you. Grainy dry tastes. Just doesn’t work. Pretty weak offering.

750 ml bottle. Unclear golden/orange body with a light off-white head. Light gusher. Aroma is spicy, perfumed and slightly sour. Flavor is a bit fruity sour with some malt and spicy, reminds me a bit of pumpkin pie actually. Unusually and far from the regular Fantome beers, not bad but mostly weird.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session (from Willems Bierhuis, gotten in 2015). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some slight sourish notes along with some mild tartness. Flavour is kind of similar, but the tartish thing is kind of acidic and burning.

Bottled 750ml
Amber-orange color, small off-white head. White wineous, light tartness, berries and orange in the nose. Medium-bodied. Light tartness, berries in the flavor. Mellow, a bit spicey, tartish. Typical Fantome is like a box of chocolate.

750 mL bottle. Pours with a ridiculous head. Deep amber body. Smells of black pepper, light green pepper, toasty malt profile. Tastes very bready, black pepper again. Kinda slick and fruity. High carbonation. Very blah.

Thanks to Brad for sharing. Most of the beer exploded, though ready vessels were awaiting. Murky orange body with a thni white collar. Herbal, vegetal...garden aromas. Light medium body. Green veges, subtle onion, hints of tomato. Fantôme.

Sample at Haand Festival 2015. Light brown body with no head. Aroma of yeast, grass and malt. Taste ups it a bit with fruity and spicy hops, and a light funkiness. Herbal finish with hay.
