Bottle at London Gathering Nov 2005. Orangey gold colour. Very sour. Some nice apple/lemon. Quite nice sourness, then a bit of funkyness. Quite nice. Will definitely see if I can get to the brewery. SilkTork (5726) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - NOV 13, 2005
Nov, 2005. Kilburn Palace Bottle Fest. Fresh, fruity & light. Pleasant. The yeast presence was not to my taste, intruding slightly on the light and refreshing nature of the beer, but did not detract too much. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 18, 2005
No#36. The writting is beginign to diminish now. Aroma is distinctly hoppy with a certain sweetness. Taste is quite bitter with a grassy hop dry finish. mkobes (2142) - paramus, New Jersey, USA - SEP 13, 2005
Bottle at CT fest. Hazy orange in color with a nice creamy head. Fruity citrusy aroma. Yeasty. Lemony. Sweet spicey, and yeasty flavor. Coriander. Really smooth. Finish is dry. Nice beer. Enjoyable. lagermonkey (725) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JUN 4, 2005
Pours a hazy orange with a n enormous creamy ivory head, Sheets of lace. Smell is fruity and citrusy. Yeasty and oungent. Pear aromas. Lightly spicy.
Taste is lightly spicy up front. Followed by bitterness and light funkiness (brett?). Some subdued bitter herbal hops and earthiness. Dry, especially in the finish. Mouth is strangely creamy and dry. This is nice stuff. Pretty mellow but really tasty.

[Sampled at the Pre-GABF Babblefest 2004] An unclear dark orange beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with coriander standing out, but also with notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, caramel, and spices. aspidites (1272) - manteca, California, USA - APR 21, 2005
Spice and sour nose with notes of lemon, pepper, pear, fig, bananas, yeast and barnyard. Good mouthfeel and depth with a pleasing sour acidity. Nice grassy hop bitterneess finish with lingering spice. Hopgeek (90) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 31, 2005
I don’t have too much to say about this beer other than it stood out at the Pizza Port 12 Hour Beglian Beer Party.
Appearance is rather dark amber with tons of head. Smell... well, this is familiar and unusual... it smells exactly like brew day, any homebrewer would recognize this. Flavor is as worty as possible, I have never tasted anything that has gone through fermentation that tastes like this beer. This is really odd and interesting, its medium bodied and clings a bit to the palate. Not entirely sure how drinkable it is cause I had way too many samples prior to this one. Give it a whirl, especially if you brew! Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2005
Cloudy orange coloured. Spicy and slightly sourish aroma. It is a little bit orvalish. Spicy, fruity and yeasty flavour with some sourness.
