75 cL bottle, thanks to Hildigöltur. Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing white head. Quite fruity, apple and more. Low carbonation. Slight citric and acidic. Flavour is again fruity and ends mellow with a slight acidity.

Ungstrup (37862) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2007
Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is acidic spicy with light notes of grass. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of spices and grass, leading to a dry spicy finish. I find it a nice saison - though it is listed as a Belgian Ale.

joergen (28377) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 3, 2007
Bottle. Hazy orange coloured with a white head. Sweet aroma of fruits and spices with acidic notes. Flavour of fruits and spices with notes of yeast and wood. Dry woody finish.

oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - DEC 29, 2007
Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sweaty socks, leather and earth. Flavour is rubber, leather and very earthy and dry. Weird brew, even for Fantome.

omhper (25243) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 20, 2006
[Bottled] Cloudy dark amber, rich head. Juicy peppery nose. Medium sweet with plenty of estery peach. Mdeium bodied with that trademark Fantôme elastic mouthfeel. Pepper grows more dominant towards the finish. This concept actually flies!

Travlr (25185) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - FEB 14, 2010
750mL split with Tarheels86. What he said. Chestnut color, white head. Aroma of raisins, taste of dates marinated in vinegar. Fantomes are always interesting, aren’t they?

Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2007
(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy, pale golden with a tiny, rough, white head. Spicy, slightly tart nose with a whiff of citrus. Fairly light in body with acidic and floral notes and a slightly astringent, sourish finish. 280907

ChrisOs ’Donkey Dork Lord’ Pre-GBBF Tasting. Hazy gold beer, big fluffy off white head. Light and crispish palate, semi dry. Seltzer like minerals, a little citrus. Well joined up. One of the better beers from this brewer.
