75cl bottle sample @ RBBWG 2013, courtesy of 77ships.

I must have won the Fantome lottery because this bottle was excellent. Aroma is full of spice and fruit. The spice includes cinnamon, coriander, clove, allspice and a bit of mint. There is citrus - lemon and tangerine, pear and apple cider. No hop or alcohol aroma. Pours a cloudy orange with a pillowy white head that has very nice retention. There is really nice lacing and minimal legs. This bottle was a gusher but after the initial gush it was fine. Flavor is full of citrus and spices. The citrus is mostly lemon but there is a hint of orange. The spice is mostly clove, coriander and cinnamon. Medium low bitterness. Some nice acidity helps cleanse the palate. Not much of a barnyard character. The mint shows up in the finish along with a nice citrus character. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low to no astringency and low alcohol warmth. Like I said at the start, I won the Fantome lottery. This beer is excellent. A great spice character with nice palate cleansing citrus an acidity. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled from bottle @ RBBWG 2013. Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, a slight sweetish hints and sourish hints. Yeasty a bit as well. Clearly a fantome beer.

Surprisingly fruity aroma initially, plenty of citrus. Further investigation reveals lemon Pledge alongside a strong yeast component. Taste is more reasonable as pears & citric fruits join forces before getting quashed by this brew's massive amount of carbonation. Decent I suppose, not really my thing.

Bottle from Etre Gourmet. Pours hazy dark golden with a small white head. Aroma is light sour and fruity malts, burnt rubber or plastic. Taste is slightly on the sour side, citrus and orangepeel, aggresive carbonated, acidic mouthfeel, not a winner for me.

Bottle at gingerman with Andy, max, pearl, and Jess. Happy bday max. Pours a deep amber with light haze and lots of white lacing. Aroma is spice, estery, pumpkin and citrus. Mouthfeel is medium with nice carbonation and notes of spice, plastic, smoke, citrus and candy. Very interesting beer.

Bottle at Gingerman. Outrageous aroma, all over the place: allspice, lemon, cider vinegar, violet, squash, lemon candy. Unique and crazy complex. Burnt sugar flavor, some pumpkin and warheads, nutmeg. A bit harsh but still lovely.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of leather, smoke, horse blanket – what a clusterfuck of weird shit. Flavour is all over the place as well, with leather, smoke and oranges, and some vegetal qualities in back. WTF – another messed up Fantome beer, and this one is a total disaster.
