Bottle 75cl @ chris_o’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008.
Unclear hazy medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy spicy - peppery, moderate malty, caramel. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, and a peppery after burn. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (020808)

75 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours hazy dark brown with a creamy, tan and dense head. Aroma is oxidised, malty and acidic. Mild acidic and fruity. Dark malty and breadish. Bitter and mild acidic finish.

Ungstrup (37581) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 9, 2004
The aroma is sweet and malty. The color is a hazy orange and it has a fine head. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, grain, and straws. The end is sweet rather than bitter. A nice beer.

joergen (28108) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 3, 2007

omhper (25113) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 20, 2006
[Bottled] Reddish amber. Aroma of esters and wild yeast. Medium sweet with soft, elastic mouthfeel. Packed with juicy flavours from esters and spices. Wheat malt character is also evident. Slick, yet complex. Just unique...

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2007
(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Complex, spicy nose. Medium body, some light caramel notes and then some very sharp, peppery notes - almost chilli-like. Very unusual. 280907

Hazy dark red - brown beer. Small bubbly tan head. Tangerine and cherry nose. Dry palate with mildly prickly carbonation. Sour tart tangerine, perhaps a dash of cherry. Spicy dry finish, ginger and a pinch of chilli. Unusual beer but a little too sour for me.

Travlr (24756) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAR 30, 2010
Bottle "from the back room" at Cigar City Brewing Cask for a Cause. Murky, chunky off-yellow, foamy white head, great lacing. Aroma of musty back closets. Sour taste start to finish, grapefruit and white pepper. Good body. Nice bottle.
