Bottle at February THT. Almost clear golden with small bubbly white head. Massive sage, thyme, rosemary. Basically this is a lot like herb juice that would be good in dinner. Sampled from bottle at THT Februari at "De Zuipschuit". Hazy golden with thin white head. Massive herbs, thyme, rosemary, provencial herbs. Light sweet and moderate vegetal bitter. Bottle shared at THT. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is huge herbal, thyme, rosemary, it’s all about herbs that would work pretty well with chicken. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Would pair well with a kipcorn.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle of one of the recent batches, 2014 I believe.
Aroma is malty with toasted bread, nuts and caramel. Some fruity esters with red apple, pear and banana being most prevalent. Light citrus notes. Some phenolic notes with pepper and clove. Slightly woody note as well.
Pours a slightly hazy, amber brown with a large, moderately thick and frothy, tan head that recedes fairly quickly. No lacing or legs.
Flavor is slightly acidic with a medium light sweetness. Malt notes of toasted bread, caramel and nuts. Medium light fruit notes with pear, red apple and stone fruit as well as some lighter banana and raisin notes. Medium light bitterness. Light woody note. Light pepper and clove phenolic notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a nice darker saison. Good malt notes balance with nice fruit and phenolic notes. Lighter acidity. I still prefer the lighter Fantome saisons though. KansaiBeerLvrs (5249) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 12, 2016

750 ml capped and corked bottle, label says best before end 2017. Served in a Prairie Teku, the beer pours a hazy brown color with pretty much no head whatsoever. No lacing, either. Aroma is subtle at first but gets stronger as the beer warms, it smells like red apples, caramel and woodiness. Luckily the flavors are stronger in comparison to the aroma. It tastes like red apple, cherries, caramel, vinegar, stone fruit, earthiness, oak and some light spiciness. The tartness is subtle. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, with very low carbonation. I thought this was OK overall, it’s not my favorite Fantôme brew but still an interesting one. I’d like to try a different batch of this in the future. Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal 2.påskedag: lett uklar rødlig kobber nesten uten skum - dette lover ikke helt godt. Aroma av godt modne bær og tørket kamille. Smaken gir meg assosiasjoner til eplecider, selv om den har et visst krydderpreg. Flat munmfølelse. Kort og tynn. En skuffelse.
