Bottle, thanks to tectactoe for sharing. Hazy gold pour with a small bubbly head that fades to a bubbly ring. Aromas are funky yogurt, sweet tarts, lemon peel, light barnyard, and wood. Taste like lemon candy. Light sweetness at first which turns to a moderate to strong tart finish. Kinda sugary, wood, some red berries, a touch of funk. Interesting and unique. I love the stinging champagne carbonation. Great mouthfeel for this flavor profile. tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - JAN 3, 2015
Bottle: Cloudy, bright amber color with a few rising bubble streams. Foamy, chunky off-white head that fades to a micro-bubble collar & lasts for a bit. Aroma of mild woody funk, touch of cotton, some barnyard hints, a touch of strawberry patch, a hint of lemon zest. Refreshing. Flavor is nicely tart up front, lemon, strawberry, a touch of stone fruit. Nice bit of funky cotton, old forestry, moldy wood. Loving that signature Fantome funk that comes through. Hints of toasted malts, bready yeast, lemon zest, & corky funk lasting long into the finish. Kind of earthy, too. Super lofty, effervescent mouth feel. How the FUCK is this 10% ABV? Crazy. Tastes like 5%, no kidding. Really great saison. Love you, Dany. Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - JAN 3, 2015

Bottle: The aroma consists of citrus, light cola, herbal notes, apple, funk, and light cork. It pours a hazy dull orange with a large off-white fizzy head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a very fine ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of citrus and apple. The finish has light-moderate lemon, funk, oak, and a touch of champagne. It’s light bodied with lively carbonation that never gets prickly.
At Stephen’s house; he thinks he is a body builder. Aroma is musky, huge horse blanket, barnyard, slightly tart. Taste is lemony tart, horse blanket with some interested complexity. JStax (6995) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - NOV 3, 2013
750 ml corked and capped bottle thanks to fletcher. Thanks man! Pours a hazy copper with a fairly large head of white foam. Aroma is musty, earthy, floral, tart. The taste has a medium tartness to it, but was sour enough to be satisfying. Over carbonated. As soon as the beer hit my tongue it turned to bubbles. There was a lingering tartness to this beer in the finish. Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 9, 2013
Bottle at home with friends, courtesy of Dave. Thanks man!! Pour is hazy orange with a big white head and great lacing. Tangy, orangey, a touch smoky, a bit of spice, biscuity, peachy, and tannic aroma. Taste is big peach, tangerine, doughy, tangy, white grapes, oranges, and oak with a lightly tart finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. Nice stuff. Nocturne (1992) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - SEP 20, 2013
Sample from bottle. Hazy yellow shade with white bubbles. Aroma is all barnyard and green apple. An instant sour punch is evidence that the name was correct. More orchard fruit above a light, wheaty base. Very impressive. JohnnyJ (5570) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 6, 2013
Pour from bottle. Hazy yellow, with a white head. Tart, dry, lots of brett character, light funk, lemon, and tropical fruit. Pretty tasty.
