75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBWG 2012 – thx to sebletitje– hazy golden wheat colour with a white head, smell is weird to say the least, yeast, citrus air refreshers & spicy spices, taste is odd but even stranger it is odd in new and different but equally weird ways, there is so much oregano in this that it defies sanity, almost burning as it goes down your through, oregano can apparently be spicy, also hints of rosemary, cumin,… citrus, thick yeast, herbal, bitter as well, hay, barnyard, pretty much all around wtf, nice

75 cl bottle @ RBBWG 2012, Antwerpen.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with an off-white head. Aroma of peachy hops, yeast, spices and herbs. Flavor is sweet and spicy with some fruitiness and malt. Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle… Fantômepalooza 2011… Murky yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aromatic standouts are lemon and oregano. Medium-bodied with stinging carbonation. The flavor is tangy, spicy and modestly sweet. Finishes lightly sweet and very mildly bitter. Bottle courtesy of the ever-generous Beerlando!

oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - NOV 27, 2011
Pours a hazy yellowish/gold color. Aromas of tart fruit, bread, hint of citrus, and yeasty. Flavor is malty/citrus. Leaves a yeasty orange aftertaste. Almost like a Belgian Wit.

brokensail (16486) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 31, 2011
Pours a murky dark orange color. Very citrusy on the nose with a strange oregano sort of aroma. Plenty of bread and cracker and more herbal notes as it sits. As with the nose, heavy flavors of citrus and oregano, also some cracker and biscuit malts, maybe yeast.

750ml bottle. Pours ugly dark orange color but nice white head and some neat yellow colors showing when light hits it. Lots of caramel and some basil and butter notes in the nose. Flavor has a bit of bitterness, caramel, and herbs. Starting to show some age but MUCH mellower than the bottle a couple years ago at the Fantome tasting. Quite enjoyable now that the spices have mellowed.

75 cl bottle, thanks to ekstedt. Golden beer, white head. Oregano aroma?!?!. Oregano in flavor as well, malty and very boring.
